Resource Booking Bundle

We are thrilled to introduce the brand-new Resource Booking bundle. This powerful module adds a dedicated section within your Apps Menu that allows you to manage and book combinations of resources within predefined schedules. This means customers visiting your website can now easily book an appointment with you or one of your employees, streamlining your scheduling process.

Here's some examples of what you can do with this new bundle:

• Versatile Use Cases: Whether it's managing consultations in a clinic, scheduling salesman appointments, reserving classrooms and projectors, or even handling hotel room bookings, this module is built for flexibility.
• Configurable Booking Types: You can specify various booking types, each with its own calendar of availability, ensuring precision in your scheduling
• Resource Combination Booking: Define which resources can be booked together. The system ensures all selected resources are available before a booking is confirmed, preventing conflicts.
• Automated Processes: Benefit from a sophisticated booking lifecycle with computed states, automatic meeting creation and deletion, and robust automatic conflict detection to avoid double bookings.
• Modification Deadlines: Set deadlines to block modifications, giving you better control over your schedule

Flexible Booking Creation:

• • Pending Bookings: Grant specific permissions for someone to view your availability calendar and choose an open slot, creating a pending booking.
  • Partner Portals: Partners can conveniently make bookings directly from their dedicated portals.
  • Tokenized URLs: Even partners without a user account can make bookings via a secure, tokenized URL.
  • Backend Access: Your internal users can also manage and create bookings directly from the CURQ backend.

We've further enhanced our log monitoring capabilities with a new option, building upon our integration with GlitchTip.
